Preparation for the healthcheck:
The process of undergoing the various tests will take about 5-6 hours. After this you will be seen by the doctor who will perform a physical examination and advice you on the basis of the results.
- Step 1 : As soon as you arrive for the check-up after 8.00 am, you will be received at the reception desk. After billing our staff will guide you to the Health Check-up department.
- Step 2 : Collection of first blood sample for this, you have to be fasting, this means that at least 12 hours should have passed since your previous meal. You are allowed to take plain water, but not any other liquid such as tea, coffee or milk.
- Step 3 : For Ultrasound Scan you have to have a full urinary bladder. So you are requested not to void urine until this test is over. If your bladder is not full, you would be asked to drink one bottle of water and wait for half an hour for the bladder to become full.
- Step 4 : Chest X-ray
- Step 5 : ECG
- Step 6 : Second blood test for postprandial blood glucose
- Step 7 : Physical Examination and counseling by the doctor. The examination and advice session with the doctor will take about 30 minutes. Make sure that you ask the doctor all that you want to know about your health status. If you need special consultations with any of the specialists based on the results of the check-up, the doctor will advise you. Fees for additional consultation are included in the package, but additional tests are not included as well as the medicine. The printed report of your check-up with results and specific advice will be given to you.

تستغرق عملية الفحص الطبي حوالي 5 الى 6 ساعات بعد ذلك سيقوم الطبيب المعالج باعطائك النصائح و التعليمات التي يجب اتبعاها وفقا لنتائج الفحص.
- الخطوة 1 :بمجرد وصولك إلى المركز سيتم استقبالك في مكتب الاستقبال و سيقوم موظفونا بارشادك إلى قسم الفحص الطبي
- الخطوة 2 :يستم أخذ عينة من الدم للفحص الأولي, و حتى تظهر النتائج بشكل ممتاز يجب على المراجع ان يكون صائما قبل عملية الفحص بحوالي 12 ساعة على الأقل, و لا بأس اذا قام المراجع بشرب الماء فقط و لا يسمح بتناول اي مواد سائلة أخرى كالقهوة أو الشاي أو العصيرات.
- الخطوة 3 :بالنسبة لاختبار فحص الموجات فوق الصوتية فيجب ان تكون المثانة ممتلئة لذلك يطلب من المراجع عدم افراغ المثانة من البول حتى ينتهي هذا الاختبار. و اذا كانت المثانة غير ممتلئة فسيطلب منك شرب زجاجة مياه واحدة و الانتظار لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تصبح المثانة ممتلئة.
- الخطوة 4 :فحص الصدر بالأشعة السينية
- الخطوة 5 :تخطيط القلب
- الخطوة 6 :اختبار الدم الثاني لجلوكوز الدم بعد الأكل
- الخطوة 7 :الفحص البدني و الاستشارة من قبل الطبيب. تستغرق عملية الفحص البدني و الاستشارة مع الطبيب حوالي نصف ساعة. تأكد من ان تسأل الطبيب عن كل ما تريد معرفته عن حالتك الصحية. اما اذا كنت بحاجة إلى استشارة خاصة مع أي من المتخصصين الموجودين لدينا فسوف ينصحك الطبيب بذلك و لن يطلب منك أي رسوم اضافية لهذه لاستشارة بل سيتم اضافتها إلى باقة الفحص الطبي, اما رسوم للخدمات الأخرى مثل الأدوية فلا يتم اضافتها إلى الباقة. و في النهاية سنقوم بطباعة تقرير مفصل عن نتائج حالتك الصحية و اعطائك نصائح مخصصة لك.
